By accessing or using the **RoomNest** room-finding service, listings, dashboard, or messaging networks, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating your account or listing a property.

👤 1. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (username, phone, email) when registering. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Seekers are responsible for verifying the conditions of the listed rooms directly with owners prior to any financial payments.

🏡 2. Property Listing Rules

Owners listing rooms, PGs, flats, hostels, or commercial spots must adhere to these rules:

• No Fraudulent Listings: Every listing must represent a real, available physical property with correct prices, curfew conditions, and landmarks.
• Fresh Content: Owners must toggle listings to "In-Active" or "Sold/Rented" as soon as the property is taken to ensure seekers only find active listings.
• Accurate Photos: At least 3 actual photos representing the property must be uploaded. Stock photos or unrelated internet media are strictly forbidden.

🚫 3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

When listing properties or exchanging direct chat messages on RoomNest, you must not post or write content that:

• Is harassing, abusive, threatening, or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or community.
• Contains span links, marketing spam, malware, phishing elements, or misleading details.
• Attempts to bypass security checks, compromise or scrape owner databases, or compromise our web hosting speed.

🛡️ 4. Account Suspension & Termination Rights

RoomNest reserves the absolute right to temporarily suspend or permanently ban accounts, remove listings, or restrict portal access at any time, with or without prior notice, if a user violates any rules outlined in this agreement, uploads fraudulent listings, or acts in bad faith toward other platform seekers or owners.

⚠️ 5. Platform Limitations & Liability

RoomNest functions solely as an online facilitator to list and find local accommodations. We are **not** real estate agents, do not participate in negotiations or rent contracts, and do not charge broker fees. We are not responsible or liable for any disputes, agreements, damages, rental transactions, or losses occurring between room seekers and property owners. Use the direct communication options at your own discretion.
